Sarah Dugas is the Director and Owner of Compass Career College located in Hammond, LA. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Southeastern Louisiana University in Business Management. Sarah started with Compass in 2007 as Student Services and has served in several capacities over the years including Admissions, Program Coordinator, Director of Education and Director of College.
