Our Founders

The Louisiana Association of Private Colleges and Schools is an organization designed to promote private, for profit colleges and schools in Louisiana. Our role is to educate our members about educational trends, regulatory changes, training initiatives and accreditation.

Formerly known as the Louisiana Career College Association, the group was formed in 1972. We are a statewide organization with a board of directors, mission, and bylaws. We work closely with the Board of Regents to promote the career college industry in the state.
